Can you get a PureVPN refund? Yes, within 31 days of your initial purchase, by email, PureVPN’s refund policy says. That is one day longer than NordVPN, Surfshark or ExpressVPN. But the policy has more exclusions than most: renewals aren’t covered, renewals after the $0.99 trial are explicitly non-refundable, and payments through Coinpayment, Google Play or the App Store don’t qualify.
Even PureVPN’s own page gets this muddled: its meta description says the policy covers renewal orders, while the text says it doesn’t. This page goes by the text.

If Your PureVPN Refund Stalls
Keep everything in writing. Since the policy routes refunds through email, you already have a dated record of when you asked, which matters if you are near day 31.
Expect a fix attempt first. PureVPN says it tries to resolve the issue before refunding. If you have decided, say clearly that you want the PureVPN refund under the 31-day policy.
Allow for the payment provider. Processing within 24 hours doesn’t mean the money arrives that day; PureVPN warns it can take up to 30 days depending on your bank or card. If nothing arrives after that, reply on the same email thread.
