Can you get a CyberGhost refund? Yes, and on long plans you get more time than with most rivals: 45 days on subscriptions of 6 months or longer, 14 days on the monthly plan, CyberGhost’s support pages say. The catch is the purchase route. CyberGhost’s money-back guarantee does not apply to in-app purchases through Google Play, the App Store or the Amazon Appstore; those stores decide.

Past the window, you keep what you paid for, but there’s no CyberGhost refund. CyberGhost’s terms say a later cancellation brings no refund, but you keep access until the subscription expires, and it won’t renew.

Usage doesn’t affect a CyberGhost refund. CyberGhost says how you use the VPN during the guarantee period doesn’t affect the refund, since it keeps no activity logs.

If You Bought Through an App Store
Google Play, Apple and Amazon handle those refunds at their own discretion, CyberGhost’s refund policy says. Cancel in the store’s subscription settings, then request the refund there.
Older guides say Google Play purchases qualify; CyberGhost’s current support page lists Google Play among the exclusions, so follow the store’s process.
