Paramount+ carries live sport such as NFL games on CBS in the US. Live streams leave less room for buffering, so pick the US city nearest to you and use Lightway.
Restart the stream after switching servers rather than waiting for it to recover. For big games, connect and test a few minutes early.
Bundles and Live TV
Paramount+ sells tiers that include Showtime content and live CBS channels in the US. The live CBS feed comes from local US stations, so a US city near your billing area is the safest choice.
If the live channel fails while on-demand titles work, switch to another US city and reload the page or app.
Checking Your Setup, Terms and Price

When a Server Is Flagged
A flagged server shows a region message or refuses to play. TheBestVPN’s figure suggests about one in eight attempts hit one. Switching cities is part of normal use, not a sign that ExpressVPN has stopped working.
If every US city fails, update the app, clear cookies again and check for DNS leaks before contacting ExpressVPN’s support, which runs live chat around the clock.
Streaming services license content by country, and their terms may restrict viewing outside your region; a VPN does not change what your subscription allows.

On Phones and Tablets
The Paramount+ mobile apps keep their own data, so clear the app’s storage or reinstall it if it remembers your real region. Check that the app does not have permission to use your device’s location, which could override the VPN’s country.
