Crypto refunds carry exchange-rate risk. PIA refunds cryptocurrency purchases within the 30-day window, but the amount reflects the exchange rate when the refund is paid, not when you bought or asked, its help desk says.
Answer verification requests, or the PIA refund lapses. If PIA contacts you to verify your account during the refund, you must reply within 30 days or forfeit eligibility.

Payment IDs help when the order number is lost. A refund guide by JoinChargeback lists which ID to give for each payment method, such as the PayPal profile ID beginning with I- or S-.
