VPNOverview reached the US, UK, Australia, Brazil and Japan libraries in 2026, and TechRadar’s 2026 testing reported the US, UK, Australia and Japan. Top10VPN rates its free plan the best free option for Netflix: it opened US and UK Netflix, though not France or Germany, and its Android TV app worked with US Netflix. The free plan’s 10 GB a month is the catch.

Fixes When a Library Will Not Load
Connect before opening the streaming app, close the app fully if it was already open, and clear its cache or the browser’s cookies. Try another server in the same country. PrivadoVPN Netflix on TVs

Why Results Vary
