VyprVPN plans are simpler than most. Impulsec describes a monthly plan at $10 and a yearly plan at $5 a month, billed $60. VPNAlert’s 2026 Black Friday page lists $3 a month on two years, $4 on one year and a halved monthly price of $5. Every plan carries a 30-day money-back guarantee, though Impulsec notes it covers your first purchase only. The old Pro and Premium tiers are gone.
This guide covers the plans, the promotions, the refund rules and what the money buys.
VyprVPN Plans and Prices
Impulsec’s 2026 pricing guide lists two regular options: monthly at $10 and yearly at $60, or $5 a month. Both renew automatically unless you cancel. VyprVPN once sold Pro and Premium tiers with different features, Impulsec adds, but now offers one feature set.
VPNAlert’s Black Friday page adds a two-year option at $3 a month, alongside $4 a month on one year. Promotions come and go, so check the checkout before paying.
VyprVPN Plans Compared With Rivals
Our renewal table puts CyberGhost at $56.94 a year, Surfshark at about $79 and NordVPN Basic at $139.08; NordVPN and Surfshark share an owner, Nord Security. VyprVPN’s regular yearly price of $60 sits near CyberGhost’s. Our renewal price guide compares what each provider charges from year two.
Refund Rules
VPNAlert describes a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans, and Impulsec agrees it applies whether you pay monthly or yearly. Impulsec adds two conditions: it covers only your first purchase, and existing customers or anyone who has used it before cannot use it again. There is no separate free trial. Our page on VyprVPN free options covers why there is no plan or trial and how to test it.
Ask within 30 days and keep the confirmation. Our guide to cancelling and refunds covers the general steps.
Devices
Sources disagree on the device limit, five or ten, our device table records; VPNAlert says up to 10. Check the plan page if you need many devices at once.
Black Friday and Promotions
VPNAlert’s 2026 Black Friday page shows the monthly plan halved to $5. Seasonal deals mostly change the first term, so compare the renewal price too. Our VPN Black Friday guide covers timing.
Which VyprVPN Plan to Choose
The monthly plan suits a short trip or a first test, since the 30-day guarantee covers it too. The yearly plan halves the monthly rate at regular prices. A two-year promotion, when offered, cuts it further but commits you longer. Of the VyprVPN plans, the yearly one is the safest regular choice: cheap enough, and refundable within 30 days.
Renewal and Auto-Renewal
Impulsec notes plans renew automatically unless you cancel. Promotional prices usually apply to the first term only, so check the renewal line at checkout and set a reminder before the term ends. Our guide to VPN prices explains how first-term deals and renewals differ.
VyprVPN Plans for Torrenting and Streaming
Every plan includes P2P on all servers, SafetyDetectives notes, and the same streaming access. Our VyprVPN torrenting guide covers the setup, and our VyprVPN speed guide explains why picking a hub city matters for both.
Paying for VyprVPN Plans
Buy directly on VyprVPN’s site if you want the 30-day guarantee to apply as described. App store purchases follow Apple’s or Google’s refund rules instead. Keep the order email, since you will need it for any refund or support request about VyprVPN plans.
Is VyprVPN Worth the Price?
At $60 a year on regular pricing, VyprVPN costs about the same as CyberGhost. CyberGhost has three Deloitte audits in our table and a 45-day window on longer plans, while VyprVPN’s single audit dates from 2018. VyprVPN’s case rests on Chameleon for censored networks. If you do not need that, compare audited providers first.
A Quick Rule
Testing VyprVPN? Pay monthly and use the 30-day guarantee. Staying a year? Take the yearly plan. Spotting a two-year promotion? Check the renewal line before committing, since VyprVPN plans renew automatically.
Devices on One Plan
Whichever of the VyprVPN plans you choose, the device limit is the same. Our guide to VPNs for many devices compares providers with higher limits if your household is large.
How VyprVPN Compares Head to Head
Our NordVPN vs VyprVPN and StrongVPN vs VyprVPN pages compare features, audits and prices.
What the Money Buys
VyprVPN offers its Chameleon protocol for censored networks, split tunnelling on Windows and Android, P2P on all servers and a kill switch on desktop and Android. Tom’s Guide traced its servers to seven hubs, with other locations virtual. Our VyprVPN Windows guide covers the fullest app.
VyprVPN’s Record
Our audit table records one VyprVPN audit, by Leviathan Security in 2018, before Certida LLC of Texas bought the service from Golden Frog in 2023. It operates from the US, inside the Five Eyes. Our VPN audit tracker explains why recent audits matter.
How We Research
This page draws on Impulsec’s VyprVPN price and free trial guides, VPNAlert’s 2026 Black Friday page, Tom’s Guide’s VyprVPN review and our renewal, device and audit tables. We cross-checked these sources against each other, and where they conflict or something can’t be verified, we say so in the text rather than guessing. We checked time-sensitive figures, including prices in US dollars, on 7 October 2026. The main source we relied on is Impulsec’s VyprVPN price guide. Our full approach lives on the About Us page.
